Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: To customers out side of the USA, please understand that we do not understand the customs law for exporting out side of the USA. So buyer/customers are responsible for all orders going out of the USA. By placing an order with us for Airsoft rifles, your agreeing to take full risk on customs.
Return policy for AirSoft toys and gear:

Due to the nature of our business as a discount hobby store, as most items we sale are at 30-40% discount VS most venders. Our warranty will extend 30 days limited parts and service. As you will see that most of our products are hobby, extreme sports gears and supplies, nothing we sale is indestructible. As most items we sale are meant to be used and played, worn and tare will be a result. With that in mind please take care of your Airsoft and other related toys, and it will bring you endless excitement and fun. And as a discount hobby store, we are not a try before you buy store. Please know what you’re looking for before you buy. Airsoft is a hobby, not just a toy. You must have basic understanding of this sport in order to effectively use and have fun with airsoft equipments. 30 days limited service only cover support, and replacement, repair of parts that is defective and there is no return for any used items. We will not be able to accept full refund due to the nature of this hobby sport. Be safe and play hard! :)
30 day limited warranty covers:

  • Replacement parts for defective parts on arrival
  • Free repairs for defective items on arrival
30 days limited warranties do not cover:
  • I don’t like what I just purchased, mom get my money back!
  • Ops I just broke the toy, lets get a refund. It’s not my fault; your airsoft should be indestructible!
  • Even with all details that match the description, this is not the item I just purchased.
  • It’s too hard to put this item together! I want a refund.
  • Bad bbs, cheap bbs, Do not put $2 bbs in a $200 airsoft gun.
  • Dropping and physically damage of items.
  • Removal of Orange safety tip.
Top 3 ways to destroy your airsoft toy:
  • Using cheap BBs, reusing cheap BBs.
  • Not reading the instruction for your airsoft toy.
  • Using even cheaper BBs.

Please note this chart is a basic chart, and some larger items are subject for shipping adjustment. And most items have a fix rate for shipping of $5.95. All items are sent by Priority mail, First class or UPS ground. Most item arrive 2-3 working days after shipping.

Return Policy for Software (PLEASE READ)

All software sales are considered final. Returns will only be accepted for defective products. Please understand this policy helps us to combat the illegal copying and piracy of software.

You must return the product to us undamaged AND perfect condition, unregistered, and with all manuals and enclosures that shipped with the product. Please return software(s) in protective cardboard box or other similar shipping cartons as was originally shipped. Damaged and/or incomplete products are subject to restocking fees from 10% to 50%. In cases of major damage or abuse, the product will be refused.

To avoid costly returns, check the System Requirements for each title. Be sure you have at least all of the system requirements before ordering. If there are any questions, please contact us before ordering.

You must obtain an RMA number prior to returning the product. Email GamesFantasy.com with your name, the title of the product, and the specific defect you have encountered. Products returned without an RMA number will not be accepted and credit will not be issued.

If we have sent you an incorrect product by mistake, Please just sent item back for the right item. We will credit your account for the shipping cost.
